Our story
Hi, I'm Sharon.
Like a lot of people, I found myself constantly scrolling, saving, and buying things I didn't really need. A pair of shoes here, a gadget there - it added up fast. Half the time I could barely remember what I'd bought or why I'd wanted it in the first place.
Over time, I started noticing a pattern. The things I bought on impulse almost never felt as good as I'd hoped. But the things I'd saved, slept on, and come back to later? Those felt intentional. Considered. Actually worth it.
The problem was I had no good place to hold all the things I was eyeing. I'd screenshot products and lose them. I'd forget links. I'd feel this low-grade anxiety about missing out on something before I'd even decided if I wanted it. I needed somewhere to just park things - and let time do the deciding.
Every tool I tried to fix this made it worse. Wishlist features buried inside shopping apps that were also trying to upsell me. Price trackers plastered with "deals you can't miss." None of it was quiet. It was all just more noise, dressed up as help.
So I built Favelist. A simple place to save the things you want, set a personal cool-off period, and come back only when you've had time to really think. No feeds, no recommendations, no one trying to get me to buy more. Just my list, and enough quiet to actually hear myself think.
I built it for myself first. If it helps you too, that makes me really happy.
